Review of A+A Düsseldorf 2025: Four Days of Encounters and Innovation
From 4–7 November 2025, Düsseldorf once again hosted A+A – the world’s largest trade fair for occupational safety and health. For PCH, it was another special week filled with personal conversations, new contacts and valuable inspiration for the future of workplace safety.
Under this year’s motto, “People matter”, we presented modern solutions in occupational safety, workwear and safety footwear. Product innovations such as the ANSELL 48-308, known for its excellent wet grip, drew particular interest as did our exclusive trade fair offers including KASK helmets with complimentary logo printing. Many visitors used the opportunity to try a wide range of products directly at our stand – hands-on, practical and true to real working conditions.
The fair also offered our team a valuable chance to connect across locations. The week again showed how much energy emerges when people come together with a shared goal: creating safe working environments.
Fall Protection Experience: Reaching New Heights with the ACX Winch
A highlight of our stand was once more the Competence Centre for Fall Prevention. Visitors could experience first-hand what modern height safety feels like through a controlled ascent using the ACX winch. Being lifted into the air was an impressive moment that made safety technology tangible in a very direct way.
At the top, another highlight awaited: a selfie from above, which many took home as a memorable souvenir of their visit to A+A. The combination of technical insight, enjoyment and personal experience attracted large numbers of visitors and earned enthusiastic feedback.

Alongside this practical fall protection feature, one topic came strongly to the forefront: the increasing importance of comfort and wearability in PPE. While sustainability was the central theme in 2023, A+A 2025 clearly showed that comfort has become a decisive factor in daily working life.
Ultimately, PPE only protects when it is actually worn. Manufacturers are responding with developments such as:
- Multi-norm clothing that looks and feels almost like everyday fashion
- Ultra-lightweight gloves that feel like a second skin
- Safety footwear with a modern, lightweight, sneaker-inspired design
This evolution shows that comfort and design are now just as important as technical protection values. Companies that provide their teams with comfortable PPE improve not only safety but also acceptance and motivation.
Our Conclusion: Inspiration for the Future
A+A 2025 was a complete success for us: four days of exchange, new impressions and inspiring discussions. We are taking valuable feedback with us and look forward to continuing to support our customers with modern, comfortable and practical solutions.
Thank you to all visitors and partners. We are already looking forward to A+A 2027!
