Funding to sustainably modernise our production facilities

We are delighted to announce that PCH is receiving funding from the Free State of Saxony along with the European Union. The funds will be used for the further expansion of our plastics production and the purchase of new, energy-efficient machines for plastics processing.
Specifically, this means: We are modernising our production facilities by adding a new CNC milling machine, a pressure beam saw and an extraction system. These new machines consume significantly lower amounts of energy and emit considerably less CO₂ while maintaining the same production volume, thanks to significantly reduced production and machine running times. This will help cut greenhouse gas emissions by at least 20% and boost energy efficiency by at least 10%.
These investments will allow us to lay the foundations for making our production even more sustainable and resource-friendly. Our customers also benefit from modern manufacturing with the highest precision.
The Dresden branch has been producing customised plastic parts in line with customer requirements for over 10 years. Whether drilling, milling, welding, forming or cutting to size – the products are customised to fit perfectly. The range also includes standardised parts, drive technology, sealants and other industrial supplies. The objective is to provide the right solution to meet every requirement and to efficiently support workflows in industry.
Funding from the state of Saxony and the European Union means we can now combine our strengths with even greater energy efficiency and innovative power – to the benefit of our customers and the environment. This investment not only allows us to make an active contribution to climate protection, but also strengthens the future viability of our company – through modern technology, sustainable production and more efficient manufacturing.
